We hope you love everything you order from TOFU Kids. Each piece is thoughtfully made for comfort, safety, and everyday wear.
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it as simple as possible to fix.



Shipping

Dispatch Time
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.

Delivery Timeline
We deliver across India. Orders typically arrive within 3–10 days, depending on your location.

Order Tracking
You can track your order anytime directly on our website.

Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Window
Requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria
We accept returns/exchanges only if the product is:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn

  • With original tags and packaging intact

  • In original, resalable condition

Since our products are for children, hygiene standards are strictly maintained.

Not Eligible
We won’t be able to accept items that are:

  • Worn, washed, altered, or damaged

  • Missing tags or packaging

  • Requested after 3 days

  • Showing stains, odour, or signs of use

Exceptions
In rare genuine cases, we may make exceptions at our discretion.



Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability

  • If unavailable, you can choose:

    • Another product of equal value

    • Store credit or refund



Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the item:

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days

  • Refunds are issued as:

    • Store credit, or

    • Original payment method



Return Shipping

  • If there’s a defect or incorrect item → We cover shipping

  • For size/fit/preference → Reverse shipping charges may apply



Payments

Accepted Methods

  • UPI

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)



Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders require a 10% advance payment at the time of placing the order

  • The remaining amount is payable in cash upon delivery

This helps us reduce failed deliveries and ensure smoother service.

Refunds for COD orders
Processed as store credit or bank transfer, as applicable



Important

  • Returns/exchanges may be declined if the above conditions are not met

  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are final

  • This policy may be updated without prior notice
