Returns, Exchanges & Payments Policy

TOFU Kids

We truly hope you love everything you order from TOFU Kids. Each piece is thoughtfully made for little ones, keeping comfort, safety, and quality at the heart of what we do. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — and we’re here to make the process as smooth and fair as possible.


Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility Window

  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.
  • The item is in its original, resalable condition.

Since our products are for children, hygiene and safety are extremely important to us.

What Is Not Eligible

We will not be able to accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.
  • The request is raised outside the 3-day window.
  • The product shows signs of use, stains, or odour.

Discretionary Exceptions

We understand that every situation is unique. In rare and genuine cases, TOFU Kids may, at its sole discretion, choose to make an exception to the above conditions. Such decisions will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or style is unavailable, you may choose:
  • An alternate product of equal value, or
  • A refund / store credit (as applicable)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds may be issued as:

  • Store credit, or

  • Original payment method.

Shipping Charges for Returns & Exchanges

  • If the return/exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect item sent, we will bear the shipping cost.
  • For all other reasons (size issues, preference change, etc.), reverse shipping charges may apply or be adjusted against the refund/store credit.



Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched.
  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible — the request will be treated under the Returns/Exchanges policy.

Payments Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

  • UPI
  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD orders require a ₹50 advance payment, payable online at the time of placing the order.
  • The remaining amount is payable in cash upon delivery.
  • The ₹50 advance helps us reduce unnecessary returns and failed deliveries.

In case of a successful return, COD refunds will be processed as store credit or bank transfer, as applicable.

Important Notes

  • TOFU Kids reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the policy conditions are not met.
  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds are final and binding.
  • This policy may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
